ZMI-2002 Dual Axis 6U VME Measurement Board

The ZMI-2002 two-axis 6U VME measuring board is a product produced by ZYGO for in-depth understanding and analysis of the process conditions and control requirements of the controlled object. The measuring board has the following features:
Multi-axis plate, requiring fewer backplane slots;
Simplified P2 interface, single or multiple boards can be easily bussed to a single servo card or motor controller;
Standard hardware interface with P2 data rates up to 7.7MHz for up to 16 axes;
Easy to scale to accommodate more axes at the same rate.

The ZMI 2000 VME Measurement Boards are single or dual axis boards requiring fewer backplane slots. Simplified P2 interfacing means single or multiple boards can be easily bussed to a single servo card or motor controller.

With the ZMI 2000 Measurement Boards:

The ZMI 2002 offers two axes of interferometry on a single 6U VME board.
