General Electric Multilin’s UR-8RH is one of many CT/VT modules designed for operating in the Universal Relays series. Providing the relay with sensitive ground 8CT and enhanced diagnostics, this particular module is extremely capable and effective. The sensitive ground input feature is ten times more sensitive than the standard unit, detecting faults with ease.

The module relies on a system of configured setpoints to run, which can be edited more easily using Multilin’s EnerVista UR software program, though using the keypad and LCD in tandem remains an option as well. The module does include Plug & Play capabilities, relying on a set of fairly standard settings to begin functioning at an optimal pace.
