Essential details:G122-829-001  P-I Servoamplifier

The G122-829-001 P-I servo amplifier is a high-performance servo amplifier for closed-loop proportional and/or integral amplifier applications. It uses analog electronics technology and has an internal selection switch that can be controlled by selecting proportions, integrals, or a combination of both. The amplifier contains three input signals, a single-ended and two differential signals, which are summed to produce an error signal, and then scaled up, while integrating, the proportional and integral signals are integrated to output as the current or voltage driving the servo valve. In addition, it has LED indicators and test points for quick setup and troubleshooting. The G122-829-001 P-I servo amplifier is suitable for many different application scenarios and can be configured and adjusted according to actual needs.

G122-829-001 P-I servo amplifier
The G122-829-001 P-I servo amplifier is typically installed in a compact DIN rail mounting housing and requires a +24V DC power supply. The installation method is as follows:
Mount the driver on a horizontal DIN rail on the vertical rear surface.
Mount the G122-829-001’s rail release clip face-down so that the front panel and terminal identifiers are readable, allowing internal electronics to receive cooling airflow.
Wire carefully, using shielded cables to connect all connections and radial ends of the cable shield, and using a suitable ground cable sealing sleeve to attach it to the ground screw terminals of the industrial steel housing.
During the installation, ensure that the length of the exposed cable is not too long, and ensure that the shielding at both ends of the cable is connected to the grounding of the chassis.
