When the flap moves, its torque drives the gear box, drives the sensor input shaft to rotate, causes the synchronous motor coil Angle to change, thus changing the electrical signal output to the indicator. We remove the right position sensor and find that the input shaft of the sensor is slipping, and it can be rotated with a little torque; The new sensors require greater torque to turn them. This further confirms our judgment that the fault was completely eliminated after the replacement of the right position sensor. Flap: A flexible auxiliary wing on the rear wing of an aircraft originally used to increase lift or drag.
