T8110B Trusted TMR Processor Interface Adapter
The T8110B Trusted TMR Processor Interface Adapter is an adapter used to access the communication port of a Trusted Triple Module (TMR). TMR is a redundant processor system used to improve the reliability and security of control systems.
The T8110B adapter can easily access TMR processors and other links in the distributed control system controller chassis. This unit is also used to enable some extended facility trusted TMR processors, including receiving facility signals for IRIG-B time synchronization, allowing for the use of dual (enhanced) point-to-point, and making the trusted system a Modbus master.
In addition, the T8110B adapter allows external systems to easily access it for communication with trusted TMR processors. Easy to install and can be directly connected to the rear of the controller chassis. The adapter also has two RS422/485 configurable 2-wire or 4-wire connections, as well as faulty/faulty connections for active and backup processors.
