±100 V, ±100 mA DC, 2 W DC, 10 pA Precision PXI Source Measurement Unit – The PXI-4132 is a programmable high precision source measurement unit (SMU). It features a single isolated SMU channel that provides a four-quadrant output with integrated remote (4-wire) sensing capabilities. Due to its high measurement resolution integrated protection, the PXI-4132 is ideal for high-precision leakage measurement of integrated circuits, discrete components, PCBS and cables. You can also use the onboard hardware sequence generation engine for high-speed I-V measurements of various components, including diodes and organic leds. In addition, you can synchronize multiple PXI-4132 modules through the PXI backplane, providing high-speed I-V measurements on transistors and more complex devices.

The NI PXIe 4112 Programmable Power Supply has a DC voltage range of 60 V and a minimum programmable voltage level/ limit of 0.1 V. The DC current range is 1 A and minimum programmable current level is 0.01 A. The output power is 60 W/channel therefore, the total output power is 120 W. In addition, the device has an analog output voltage range of 0 V to 60 V. For auxiliary power input line regulation, the voltage is 1 mV and current is 0.2 mA. Remote sense of the PXIe‑4112 has a maximum output lead drop up to 1 v drop per lead and a maximum sense lead resistance up to 1 Ω per lead. The device weighs 15.6 oz., and measures 8.5 x 0.8 x 5.1 in. in physical dimensions. It has a recommended operating temperature range of 0 °C to 55 °C, and a storage temperature range of 40 °C to 70 °C.
