  Potting adhesive for deep interpretation of electronic materials

Potting is to mechanically or manually fill liquid compounds into devices equipped with electronic components and circuits, and solidify them into thermosetting polymer insulating materials with excellent performance under normal temperature or heating conditions. There are three common types of potting adhesives, which are polyurethane potting adhesives, silicone potting adhesives and epoxy resin potting adhesives.

In contrast, the filler pad is placed in a position where the operator needs to know its orientation. There are top and bottom sides and, in many cases, left and right and up and down directions. Manual pad applications pose a greater risk of human error. Therefore, in the case of rising labor costs, the cost advantage of potting glue will become more and more obvious.
