The GE Fanuc / Ramix PMC661 is a PCI Mezzanine Card (PMC) card designed to offer maximum 100/10Mbit Ethernet connectivity. Using 100Base-TX the PMC661 is capable of full duplex operation in both 100 and 10 Mbit modes. PMC660 Ethernet/PCI engine includes a powerful DMA engine with very deep FIFO buffers. This assures continuous, full bandwidth operation with minimum PCI overhead.

The PMC661J, implementing 100BaseTX connectivity, is capable of full duplex operation in both 100 and 10 Mbit modes. The PMC661J Ethernet/PCI interface includes a powerful DMA engine with very deep FIFO buffers. This assures continuous, full bandwidth operation with minimum PCI overhead. In addition, card edge PCI systems can be accommodated using GE Fanuc Embedded Systems’ #()* adapter, for rapid prototype and development.
The PMC661J features a full auto-negotiation facility allowing automatic configuration to the highest possible operating mode. This includes the option for automatic determination of both bandwidth and full duplex operation.
