MVI94-MCM-MHI ProSoft Modbus Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Network Interface Module
The MVI94-MCM-MHI interface module features support for the storage and transfer of over 5000 registers to and/or from the FLEX I/O processor data files. The memory usage is completely user-definable while the unit features an application port that can emulate the Modbus master or slave device. The MVI94-MCM-MHI interface module also features a port that is configured as a Modbus slave device. This allows for a remote master device to interact with all the data that is contained in the module. The MVI94-MCM-MHI interface module features a port that is configured as a virtual Modbus master device, and it actively issues the Modbus commands to the other nodes used on the Modbus network. The operation uses simple ladder logic and the unit features a complete setup process and monitoring of the module that is possible through the debug port and the configuration file. It also supports the flex backplane interface through the I/O access port.
