MMS6823 vibration data acquisition module of rotary machinery is a supporting product of MMS6000 vibration monitoring and protection system of steam turbine generator set produced by EPRO. The system has the functions of real-time data acquisition, processing and transmission. It is widely used in power, petrochemical, coal and metallurgical industries of large and medium-sized rotating machinery, such as: turbine generator set, hydraulic turbine, motor, compressor, pump and fan.

MMS6823 Rotating machinery vibration monitoring data acquisition and communication module

The MMS6823 is a standard 19 “frame module that is placed in the MMS6000 cabinet. It is equipped with 8 RS485 serial ports to realize the data collection function from MMS6000 module, 1 10M/100M industrial Ethernet network communication port to complete the data communication function with MMS6851 server and 1 RS232 serial port to communicate with DCS/DEH according to MODBUS protocol. Redundant power supply is used.

2.1.3 Module Front Panel
The front panel consists of two digital tubes, one red and one green. When the system is powered on, the green Array light blinks for a period of time, indicating that the system is starting and initializing. When the system starts
If the green light is on, it indicates that the system is working normally. If the green light is off and the red light is on, it indicates that the system status is abnormal. Check whether the system configuration information of the module is set correctly and the hardware communication is connected
The cable connection is incorrect, and the RS485 address and baud rate of the MMS6000 module are correctly set.

2.1.4 Module rear
The rear panel of the module has a 48-pin socket for CD1, pins for power, key phase conditioning, RS485 connection.
2.1.5 Bottom of the module
Under the module is provided RJ45 port, DB9 (Modbus interface), DB15, PS2, USB interface. The MMS6823 connects to the INTERNET using TCP/IP through the RJ45 port. DB15 is used to connect to the monitor, DB9 is used to connect to Modbus communication, PS2 and USB are used to connect to the keyboard and mouse, and the keyboard and mouse need to be connected using the included cable.
