MC-4/11/01/400 servo drive may be an industrial inverter with parameter adjustment function. Its operation panel has four keys, three arrow keys and a OK key, respectively representing up and increase, next and decrease, return and OK. The specific parameter adjustment methods are as follows:
After the power is powered on, press the return button twice to enter the first-level menu, press up and down to select functional options. For example, to change the enable status of the servo, find the PA group and click SET, and then find the serial number 53 by the top and bottom, click OK to enter.
There are two enable states, 0 indicates the external enable, controlled by the external machine signal, 1 indicates the internal enable, the drive internally controls the motor. If you want to internally enable the parameter to 1, and then long press the OK key for 3 seconds, when the red dot in the lower right corner of the number disappears, it means that the setting is ready, exit and press the return key.
Now to adjust the pulse instruction, find the PA11 driver defaults to 10000 pulses when leaving the factory, the motor rotates once, you can change the number of pulses according to your actual needs, long press the SET of 3 seconds to change.
If you want to restore factory Settings when the parameters are confused, you can do this: first find PAO, click OK, change the default factory value 315 to 385, long press the OK key, then click back, find PA1, change 80 to DEF after confirming, and then long press the OK key to complete the factory Settings. Finally, don’t forget to power off and restart.
