Product Description

The IS210AEPSG1A is a PCB component designed for the Mark VI system from GE.  This system, which is designed for gas or steam turbine management, was one of the last systems released by GE under the ‘Speedtronic’ line, which was GE’s most successful turbine management line from the 1960s through the turn of the century.  The Mark VI includes Ethernet communications capabilities. It regularly monitors the turbine for issues such as vibration, shaft voltage build up, flame detection, and temperature issues. It does this using both general purpose Input/Outputs as well as application specific I/Os.

IS210MACCH1AEF GE power board component

The IS210AEPSG1A is a power board component.  This is a small rectangular board that is component-dense.  The board has been drilled in all four corners, and also has factory-made drill marks in several places within the body of the board. The board is built with transformers, a power supply, and an inductor coil. The board also has four pairs of fuses of various sizes and a separate line of four fuses located near the left edge.

The IS210AEPSG1A has resistors made of metal film.  It uses varistor components, as well as capacitors made of ceramic material and of polyester vinyl.  The board has several high-voltage electrolytic capacitors located on its surface either singularly or in pairs.  The board also has eleven heat sinks, multiple stab-on connectors, plug connectors, and header connectors from three pins to eight pins, as well as LED indicators.  The board has several integrated circuits and uses TP test points and transistors.
