Is the IS200ESELH3A model the final ESEL model?

Yes. The third group is the final ESEL model available.

Where will the ESEL board be connected when being used with an EBKP model?

When the ESEL board is connected to an EBKP backplane the ESEL will be mounted in Controllers M1 and M2. While Section C selects the ESEL board for feedback usage, the section is not directly responsible for gate firing, therefore the ESEL board is not mounted in this section.

The ESEL board receives SCR gating signals. Where do these signals come from?

The SCR gating signals come from the DSPX board through its various I/O interfaces and loop bridge control/protection functions.
