Product Description

Model number IS200DSPXH1C is a digital signal processing board known by its functional acronym of DSPX. This specific DSPX model has a function revision correlating to C. Function revision C means that the ISBus within this board is a revision two. When using the IS200DSPXH1 models in connection with the EX2100 Excitation Controller Series, the controller that connects to the EX2100 series has to be a revision C or higher, which means that the IS200DSPXH1C is perfect to use with the EX2100 series. 

The primary function of this model is to control the input/output interfaces, the protection functions, and the loop bridge functions of the EX2100 Series. Within the DSPX board, there are three applications included; the three applications are a typical memory component, an application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) that will perform custom logistic functions, and a high-efficiency digital signal processor (DSP). The ASIC within the IS200DSPXH1C board is a specialized hardware function, to properly support the specialized functions of the board only one ASIC is needed.

When using firmware synchronization to facilitate load pulse signals a six-bit register increment on each inner loop load pulse will need to be utilized when utilized it will reset each application within the loop load pulses.
