The H41q/H51q system has a Qmr-quadruple modular CPU structure, which means that the central control unit of the system has four microprocessors, each of which is integrated into a CU module, and the central control unit is composed of two identical CU modules.
The HIQuad system consists of H41q and H51q, which are based on the same hardware and software. They are the third generation of HIMA PES systems that have been proven in production practice. It can make use of personal computer for flexible user configuration, monitoring and event recording. Its excellent performance provides the most secure control guarantee for production control.
The H41q/H51q system of the Black Horse security system adopts a Qmr-quadruple modular CPU structure, which means that the central control unit of the system has four microprocessors, each of which is integrated into a CU module, and the central control unit is composed of two identical CU modules. A CU module constitutes the 1oo2d structure, and HIMA’s 1oo2d structure products meet the AK6/Sil3 safety standards. In order to provide maximum availability to users, a dual 1oo2d structure is used, i.e. 2oo4d structure. In the case of redundant architecture, the high-speed dual RAM interface (DPR) enables two central units to communicate, thus solving the problem of trouble-free repair time constraints. Its fault tolerance function makes any component in the system fail without affecting the normal operation of the system.
The H41q series of Dark Horse Security Systems is a compact system that consists of a 19-inch rack with five units in height. The central rack houses all components, including the central unit, interfaces, communication modules, power and distribution systems, and input and output modules.

The H51q series of Dark Horse Safety Systems uses a standard modular construction consisting of a 5-cell high 19-inch rack and up to 16 4-cell high 19-inch input/output subracks. The central rack comprises a central unit, interface, communication module, monitoring module and power module.

Dark Horse Security System H41q/H51q – Features
The optional availability of redundant configurations allows great flexibility in system design to meet different requirements.
The physically completely separated redundant structure eliminates the potentially fatal risk caused by the failure of the common part.
The redundant mode of side-by-side operation avoids the disturbance that may be caused when the card is switched, and achieves the true meaning of “hot swap”.
Low density I/O modules further spread the risk of card failure.
