Gas flame has rich ultraviolet, infrared and less visible light, and for a single burner flame, its radiation spectrum is regularly distributed along the flame axis, for example, pulverized coal boiler pulverized coal burner along the axis from inside to outside is divided into four regions, namely preheating zone, initial combustion zone, safe combustion zone and burnout zone. In the initial combustion zone, not only the visible light is rich and the energy emissivity changes intensively, so it is the best choice for the flame detection probe to accurately align with the initial combustion zone of the burner.
