EP3-E-4-A Electric dust removal controller
EP3-E-4-A may be the model of the electric dust removal controller, which is an environmental protection equipment mainly composed of a desulfurization tower and a wet electrostatic precipitator. The operating principle of the entire equipment is as follows:
The untreated waste gas enters the bottom of the desulfurization tower through the first layer of gas distribution plate, the gas is dispersed evenly through multiple layers of spray, and the sulfur dioxide in the gas is fully reacted with the desulfurization solution.
The flue gas after desulfurization is removed from the flue gas is returned to the wet electrostatic precipitator through the built-in flue.
The flue gas entering the wet electrostatic precipitator first passes through the gas distributor in the lower gas chamber, so that the flue gas is evenly distributed along the anode tube, and the dust is collected efficiently through the anode system and the cathode system.
There is a cathode corona wire in each anode tube, which forms a uniform high-voltage electrostatic field under the action of high pressure, which can adsorb harmful substances such as dust, acid fog, water droplets, aerosols, odor and PM2.5 in the flue gas on the tube wall.
