ControlMaster PID controller CM10
The ControlMaster CM10 is a flexible PID process controller with a 1/8 DIN device. Detailed process information is clearly displayed on the CM10 full color TFT display, and an intuitive operator interface simplifies configuration and operation. Both hardware and software capabilities are adjustable, making it easy to specify the CM10 to meet the needs of your application requirements. Flexible control features including on/off, time proportional adjustment, analog PID, split output and automatic tuning make the CM10 suitable for a variety of process applications.
Fully configurable via the easy-to-navigate front panel menu or PC configuration software, the CM10 is quickly debug-tuned and then tuned with advanced autotune features.

Function:
The CM10 automatic adjustment function can automatically calculate the PID value after the initial setting and configuration, which is used for quick debugging of various applications.
Eight independent process alerts provide analog signal monitoring to enable a wide range of process monitoring capabilities. These alerts can be used to drive the physical output as well as the softwiring function inside the controller.
The CM10’s split output control configuration can be used to control heating and cooling of individual processes, if needed.
