This operator’s manual for the AO2040-CU Ex central unit in Category 2G is asupplement to the AO2000 Series continuous gas analyzers operator’s manua(Publication No. 42/24-10 EN).
lt should always be used in conjunction with the primary operator’s manual andcontains all the information required for proper and safe installation, start-up andoperation of the AO2040-CU Ex central unit.Note the information on the “Analyzer Data Sheet” shipped with every AO2040-CU Ex central unit.
In order to operate in a safe and efficient manner, the AO2040-CU Ex central unitshould be properly handled and stored, correctly installed and set-up, properlyoperated and correctly maintained.
Only persons familiar with the installation, set-up, operation and maintenance ofcomparable equipment and certified as being capable of such work should workon the AO2040-CU Ex central unit.
