Different from the general numerical control system, Fanuc system uses its own unique power supply system for power supply, some books are called power amplifiers, and some books are directly called power modules.

The power module is installed as an independent module in the electrical cabinet of the machine tool. Today, briefly introduce the wiring of the power module. Label the power module panel as follows:Then go through each interface one by one:

① – TB1: Output terminal of the DC power supply

The interface is connected with the DC input end of the spindle amplifier and servo amplifier to provide DC300V power supply for the spindle amplifier and servo amplifier.

② – Status indication

The LED is used to indicate the status of the power module, and the relevant alarm code is displayed when there is an anomaly.

③—CX1A

Single-phase AC200V input interface.

④—CX1B

Single phase 200VAC output interface.

⑤ – DC circuit connection point status indication

Advantages
