Thermocouple temperature measurement principle – thermoelectric effect (that is, Seebeck effect) : two different materials of metal (conductor or semiconductor, generally platinum rhodium, nickel chromium – nickel silicon and other materials pairing) composed of a closed loop, and the two connecting ends of the application of different temperatures, the electromotive force between the two metals will be generated. Such a loop composed of two conductors is called a “thermocouple”, the two conductors are called a “thermal electrode”, and the electromotive force generated is called a “thermoelectric motive force”.
