More specifications about model 8237-1595 include;

  • Online repair options.
  • Routine acceleration tests.
  • Speed readouts of 4 to 20 mA.

The routine tests are done by simulating an over acceleration event in each of the product’s three modules. This is done with an internal generator and frequency. The three different modules allow users to maintain one with the system is still online and running. The backplane structure makes replacing one of the modules easy, and straightforward. Model 8237-1595 has been discontinued by Woodward but can still be found in other places.
