9905-020 Woodward 2301A Load Sharing and Speed Control Series

On this twenty-nine terminal model when it pertains to the minimum fuel contact the control terminals two and three are what control the minimum fuel contact and are needed for this unit to function as needed. The minimum fuel contact is designed to be used for the normal shutdown of the prime mover that the unit is connected to. Under no circumstances should the minimum fuel contact be used as an emergency stop mechanism.

As the 9905-020 control is a low-voltage model when connecting the shields terminal seventeen must be open for minimum fuel contact, close terminal eighteen to override failed speed signal, and close terminal nineteen for rated speed, if using idle speed ensure that terminal nineteen is open. When using the control under absolutely no circumstances the control should not be mounted on the engine of the prime mover.

When operating the control the model should not be used anywhere near any other high-current devices as this could cause interference which would affect the quality and performance of the control.
