The TK-3 Eddy current Sensor system tester (Bentley Tester TK-3E) simulates shaft vibration and shaft displacement used to calibrate the Bently Nevada monitoring frame. It verifies the accuracy of the display content of the monitoring frame and the status of the eddy current sensor system. A properly calibrated system ensures that the input of the sensor and the calibration of the sensor are correct. Lower K3 uses a detachable, textured micrometer assembly to protect the opacity of the transfer values of the transmitter system and some air frames. The assembly surface has a universal deep head storage base capable of holding probes with a straight length of 5 m to 19 star meters (0197 in to 075 in), and the chamber is positioned with a good deep head, while the cell target plate is moved towards or away from the top of the deep head to calibrate the increment. A voltmeter is used to record the output of the preprocessor. The spunplug micrometer assembly is also equipped with a Bende magnetic holder for easy use in the field. The shaft vibration of the monitor frame can be calibrated using a motor driven swing disk. By using the same universal probe bed as the spindle micrometer assembly, the component is located above the swing plate. By using the absolute number coefficient of the slip flow probe, combined with a multimeter, the user adjusts the probe to find the corresponding position of the desired mechanical vibration value (determined by the output of the peak value of the straight voltage). Without the need for any oscilloscope, the user can compare the readings of the vibration monitoring frame with the input of the known mechanical vibration signal observed by the eddy current probe, which ranges from 50 to 2540m peak-to-peak values (2 to 10 mi).
