8237-1369 Woodward Panel Mount includes Overspeed

Speed readouts for this device are between 4 and 20 mA, and it uses Modbus communication relays. In addition to acceleration detection, model 8237-1369 also uses MPU detection. This product performs routine tests to make sure each module is functioning properly. A conformal coating material makes this speed safety device resistant to sulfur contamination, as well as H2S and SO2 gases.

The product uses a triple modular design, with A, B, and C modules. This makes it possible to replace one aspect of the model while it is powered on and running. The panel mount device uses 2 out of 3 voted architecture. Model 8237-1369 uses both high voltage and low voltage power input.
