Working principle: The controller first 50Hz three-phase 380V power supply through the power grid filter, rectified and filtered to get more than 500 volts of DC voltage, and then supply the series resonant converter. Since the output of the power supply is up to 20kV, in order to reduce the design difficulty of the transformer, reduce the voltage withstand value of the high-voltage rectifier diode and improve the reliability of the power supply, the two secondary full-bridge rectifier of the transformer are used respectively, and then superimposed output. The full-bridge converter consists of four IGBTs (insulated gate bipolar transistors), a high-frequency transformer and a rectifier circuit. The control circuit provides two pairs of pulses insulated from each other with a phase difference of 180° to the IGBT drive circuit to control the on-off of the IGBT, thus converting the DC voltage into an alternating 20kHz pulse voltage. Through the transformer and the full bridge rectifier and filter circuit, finally get tens of kV voltage.
