2094-EN02D-M01-SO Allen-Bradley Kinetix 6500 motion control system
The 2094-EN02D-M01-S0 module is an EtherNet/IP safe torque-off control module manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation as part of the Kinetix 6000/6500 series. It has Ethernet/IP network communication and it features twisted pair, dual-port network media. This module comes with a wide range of features and functionalities that sets it apart from other control modules. It integrates seamlessly into a Logix platform to enhance multi-axis integrated motion control. The 2094-EN02D-M01-S0 control module offers greater flexibility in the motor design with its compact size than other drives can offer. It also provides simplified wiring as well as a modular system that reduces the total number of connections that need to be made.
The Kinetix 6500 servo drives including the Allen-Bradley 2094-EN02D-M01-S0 control module, offer integrated motion control on IP/EtherNet network via the CIP Sync and the CIP Motion technology by ODVA. These 2 integrated motion options are built on the Common Industrial Protocol (CIP). On the other hand, the Kinetix 6200 servo drives are specially designed and intended to provide integrated motion control through their compatibility with the Kinetix 6000 drives and the SERCOS interface, thus allowing the operators to migrate from the simpler control features to the more advanced features precisely where and when they need to. Other features of the 2094-EN02D-M01-S0 control module include 2 EtherNet ports, and status indicators for the DC bus, the network, the module, Port 1, and Port 2. The module also has the MF connector for motor feedback and the IOD connector for input and output and auxiliary feedback.
