This Bulletin 2094 Integrated Axis Module is designed to provide demanding motion applications with Kinetix Integrated Motion solution. It helps make programming, wiring, operation, and diagnostics easier and faster. Its compact size offers greater flexibility in machine design and system engineering. Its modular design with simplified wiring reduces the total number connections needed for installation. For multi-axis integrated motion, it seamlessly integrates into the Logix platform. Plus, it features advanced control capabilities that result in greater throughput and precision.

The 2094-AC16-M03-S IAM Servo Drive comes with a 195 to 264 Volt RMS, three-phase (230 Volts nominal) AC input voltage with a 47 to 63 Hertz frequency. This 200 to 230 Volt AC module has an 11 kW converter, and a 24A inverter section. It has 95% efficiency with a 325 Volts DC nominal bus output voltage and 20 millisecond line loss ride through. It has an internal shunt resistor rated 28.75 Ω, with 200 Watts continuous power and 5700 Watts peak power. Its converter inductance is 75 μH, its converter capacitance is 1980 μF, and it has a main AC input current ranging from a nominal 71 Amperes RMS to a maximum inrush of 138 A (0-pk).

The 2094-AC16-M03-S Module has built-in safe torque-off functionality for minimized downtime. The STO disables output when a circuit is tripped to remove motor torque while the machine is not powered off entirely. The 2094-AC16-M03-S ships with a replacement STO header with a jumper. For applications not requiring the STO feature, bypass this functionality by installing jumper wires.
