Fieldbus communication
Through various communication and Ethernet interfaces, users can integrate the UMC100 into different fieldbus networks, such as PROFIBUS DP/PROFINET
IO, DeviceNet, MODBUS/ModbusTCP. Through the fieldbus, users can access all measurement data, status signals and parameters.
• The UMC controller can be used independently (i.e. no fieldbus communication required).
• Motor protection and motor management are fully effective in case of bus failure.
• The fieldbus interface and UMC controller can be installed independently. This provides many benefits for MCC applications, especially for drawer systems.

Motor management, input and output
