Essential details：1600071-001 TRICONEX Main control module and expansion module
When the system is faulty, check whether the following conditions are met:
1) CTH300-H series main control module and expansion module is normal power supply.
Note: It is recommended that the main control module be powered by an independent power supply. Unstable power supply may cause shutdown.
2) The screws and connectors of the I/O terminals of the CTH300-H series main control module and expansion module are loose.
3) Check the connection of the communication cable to ensure that it is correct.
4) If the PLC is not found, please check the communication Settings, such as changing the baud rate, connecting the serial port or IP, and search again.
In addition to the above methods, diagnostic information can be read through the MagicWorks PLC, or the PLC’s LED indicator status can be checked for abnormalities in the PLC itself and outside.
