The Schneider Electric 140 CPS 214 00 is capable of choosing between three optional modes for supplying power. The mode used depends on the system configuration. What three optional modes are available to the 140 CPS 214 00? The three optional modes for the 140 CPS 214 00 are Standalone mode, Standalone summable mode, and Standalone redundant mode. The standalone mode is used for 3 A or 8 A configurations that do not require fault-tolerant or redundant capabilities. The Standalone summable mode is used for configurations consuming more than the rated current of one supply, two summing power supplies can be installed in the same rack. Standalone redundant mode is used for configurations requiring power for uninterrupted system operation. Two redundant power supplies are required for power redundancy.
