Overview

Essential details:1394C-SJT05-L-RL Allen-Bradley Servo Controller Series

The 1394C-SJT05-L-RL is a member of the 1394 Allen-Bradley Servo Controller Series. It has IMC S Class integrated motion controller backing one axis and two auxiliary encoder inputs that save panel space. Moreover, the 1394C-SJT05-L-RL can run on 360 to 480 Volts DC of three-phase input power with a slide-and-lock feature, efficient IGBT power conversion, module-to-module connections, and GMC (1.5 axes) module functionality.

1394C-SJT05-L-RL Allen-Bradley Servo Controller Series

When two axes are synchronized with it, they are executed simultaneously. The 1394C-SJT05-L-RL has series enhancements such as terminations, EMI filtering, and smart power. It functions between 50 and 60 Hertz and it has a nominal bus output voltage of 530 to 680 Volts DC for sudden power supply fluctuation. It gives a continuous power output of 4 Kilowatts when connected to a 380-Volt source and one of 5 Kilowatts when connected to a 460-Volt source. It has a peak power output of 28 Kilowatts, an efficiency of 99%, a continuous current output of 7.36 Amps, and a line loss ride through of 20 milliseconds. The 1394C-SJT05-L-RL also has an internal shunt resistor with a 200W continuous rating and a peak rating of 40,000W. In line with this, the 1394C-SJT05-L-RL has advanced safety features such as soft current limiting, overload-tolerant operation, and IGBT technology for effectively discreet operation. It also has a protection system from phase loss, ground fault contact, and transient voltage. Thus, the controller consists of two configurable analog test outputs that can be related to critical system parameters for troubleshooting and diagnostics.
