Product Description

GE/Bently Nevada 3500/92 Series communication gateway modules provide extensive communication capabilities for all rack monitoring values and status for integration with process control and other automation systems using Ethernet TCP/IP and serial (RS232/RS422/RS485) communication capabilities. It also allows Ethernet communication with 3500 rack configuration software and data acquisition software. The Ethernet connection to 3500/92 is an RJ45 connection for a 10BASE-T star configuration Ethernet network. The 3500/92 supports the communication interface, communication protocol, and other features of the original 3500/90, with the exception of the main value Modbus register. 3500/92 now has a configurable Modbus register utility that can provide the same functionality originally addressed by the primary value Modbus register.
