Essential details:125800-01 Bently Nevada Key phase input/output module

Product Description

The 125800-01 is a Keyphasor I/O module developed by Bently Nevada. It is part of the 3500/25 Enhanced Bond phase module. The monitor module in the rack 3500 receives the keying phase signal from a semi-tall dual-channel module called the keying phase module. When the key phaser mark on the shaft is aligned with the key phaser sensor, the module detects the alignment using a magnetic sensor or proximity probe and converts the input signal into a digital key phaser signal. The 3500 Mechanical protection system can accept up to four key trust numbers for a regular setup and up to eight for a paired configuration.

I125800-01 Function Description
The critical phasor signal generated by the rotating shaft or gear once per revolution or many times per revolution can be used to accurately identify timing. As a result, the 3500 monitoring module and external diagnostic tools can measure shaft speed and vector characteristics, such as 1X vibration amplitude and phase.
The Enhanced bond phase module is the Enhanced 3500 system module. It improves the previously designed Keyphasor signal processing capabilities while maintaining full backward compatibility with current Keyphasor modules in terms of shape, fit, and functionality for use in older systems.
The Keyphasor module PWA 125792-01 has been completely replaced with the newer module 149369-01. When triple modular redundancy (TMR) applications require system key phase input, the 3500 system should use two key phase modules. In this design, modules function simultaneously, transmitting primary and secondary keys to other modules in the rack.
trait
Systems with more than four key phase inputs can be arranged in pairs as long as there are no more than four primary key phase input signals. Paired designs require two continuous monitoring stations at either the upper/lower or two half-slot locations.
The four Keyphasor modules will accept four primary input channels and four alternate input channels, and provide four output channels (one per module). Configurations of two paired and one unpaired key phaser modules (a total of three key phaser modules) are also possible. In this case, the user can configure a single unpaired key phaser (order two 2-channel or one 1-channel and one 2-channel option).
