The 0-56942-1 module is a part of the GV3000 series of regulator boards, which were developed by Reliance Electric Ltd. The 0-56942-1 unit in particular is outfitted with a horsepower rating that is controlled utilizing three standard methods. There is the general purpose control, which relies on Scalar voltage/hertz, the Sensorless Vector Control (SVC) mode, and the Flux Vector Control (FVC) mode. These methods are able to provide the operator with an efficient, cost effective means to address and access the wide range of applications with the 0-56942-1 drive.
This unit is outfitted with an internal option slot, which is standard for the GV3000 series. In order to interface an Input/Output module, select the Super RMI card to expand the I/O connectivity. To interface with communication modules, you can hook the device up to over half a dozen network options.
The 0-56942-1 comes integrated with a simple keypad. This keypad has a 7 segment LED display, and is able to provide information on Output Frequency, RPM, kW, Motor Voltage, Motor Current, and % Motor Torque.
